The "Precision Medicine" course aims to offers students the necessary knowledge to know the new applications in different medical specialties, the new tools available (eg molecular / pharmacogenetic tests, biological therapies), and how/when these tools are utilized in clinical practice.

Upon completion of the program the students will be able to:

• Recognize the uses of Pharmacogenomics in its different specialties
• Describe how targeted medical therapies work
• They understand the role and perspectives of artificial intelligence in the development of new therapeutic approaches
• Choose appropriate pharmacogenetic tests for each case
• Link the results of pharmacogenetic tests with the appropriate treatment
• recognize when and how they should act
