The Summer Gala 2025 of the Medical Degree English Program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens took place at the historic Athens University History Museum, marking the conclusion of another successful academic year.
Students from all years, members of the faculty, and administrative staff came together to celebrate the achievements of the academic community in a festive atmosphere. The event was opened by Professor Nikolaos Arkadopoulos, Dean of the School of Medicine and Director of the Program, followed by greetings from Vice Dean Professor Christodoulos Tsioufis and Administrative Coordinator Ms. Nicky Logko.
Guests enjoyed an evening of music, conversation, and meaningful interaction in the heart of Plaka, overlooking the Acropolis. The Gala offered an opportunity to honor the dedication of students and faculty alike, while strengthening the sense of belonging and international identity that defines the program.
This annual gathering highlights the importance of community-building and cross-cultural engagement in medical education and remains a cherished tradition for students and staff.
